THE PERFECT SOLUTION TO
YOUR AFTER SCHOOL DILEMMA
6 teachers from our school, the 4th Junior High School of Kavala, had the chance to participate in an Erasmus+ KA1 action in Madrid from 24 to 30 June 2022.
They attended two in-service training courses "Flipped Classroom" and "Facing Diversity. Inclusive education strategies for students with fewer opportunities".
Participants were presented with key competencies and skills for the 21st century and learned about new methods of teaching such as flipped classroom and cooperative learning. They were guided on how to use ICT tools to boost motivation, learning and involvement of students. They also acquired knowledge about strategies regarding how to tackle the issue of the inclusion of students with diverse characteristics in the classroom and also learned new social inclusion tools and methods of work in order to educate all learners effectively.
