Disseminating the Knowledge and Skills Acquired in our Erasmus+ Course.
Press Release
A press release about our successful Erasmus+ experience was published in local newspapers and on our school website. This press release aimed to disseminate the outcomes and achievements of our project, including the skills and knowledge gained by our teachers, and the benefits for our school community. By sharing our success with the wider community, we hoped to inspire others to participate in similar opportunities and showcase our commitment to innovation and international collaboration in education.

«Συμμετοχή του 4ου Γυμνασίου Καβάλας σε Πρόγραμμα Erasmus + Δράση ΚΑ1 /Μαθησιακή κινητικότητα Προσωπικού Σχολικής Εκπαίδευσης στη Μαδρίτη Ισπανίας »
Το 4ο Γυμνάσιο Καβάλας συμμετείχε σε 2 επιμορφωτικά προγράμματα κατάρτισης προσωπικού που πραγματοποιήθηκαν στη Μαδρίτη Ισπανίας κατά το χρονικό διάστημα 24 έως και 30 Ιουνίου στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος Erasmus+ Δράσης ΚΑ1 με τίτλο «Σχολείο συμπερίληψης και καινοτομίας». Πάροχος των σεμιναρίων ήταν ο Οργανισμός «New
Horizons». Συγκεκριμένα μία ομάδα 3 εκπαιδευτικών παρακολούθησε την επιμόρφωση με θέμα “Facing Diversity: Inclusive Education Strategies for students with fewer opportunities”. Στόχος του σεμιναρίου ήταν να εφοδιάσει τους εκπαιδευτικούς με γνώση, δεξιότητες και στάσεις που σχετίζονται με τη συμπερίληψη με σκοπό την ενσωμάτωση όλων των μαθητών στη σχολική κοινότητα, σε ένα σχολείο χωρίς διακρίσεις. Δόθηκε έμφαση στην επίτευξη θετικού κλίματος στην τάξη, στην αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων συμπεριφοράς, στην ανταλλαγή πρακτικών και εμπειριών σχετικά με διάφορες πτυχές και αντιλήψεις περί περιθωριοποίησης και ένταξης, στην κινητοποίηση των μαθητών σε διαπολιτισμικό μαθησιακό περιβάλλον. Οι εκπαιδευτικοί που συμμετείχαν στο πρόγραμμα ήταν: 1) Αρβανιτοπούλου Σταυρούλα (φιλόλογος), 2) Καμπουρίδης Γεώργιος (φυσικής αγωγής) και 3)Καράλης Ιωάννης (θεολόγος).
Κατά το ίδιο διάστημα μία δεύτερη ομάδα 3 εκπαιδευτικών παρακολούθησε το πρόγραμμα επιμόρφωσης με θέμα “Flipped Classroom”, στο οποίο μέσα από μια ποικιλία ψηφιακών
εργαλείων εξοικειώθηκαν με το μοντέλο της Ανεστραμμένης Τάξης. Το σεμινάριο επικεντρώθηκε στη κατανόηση των βασικών αρχών της ανεστραμμένης τάξης, στη βελτίωση των ψηφιακών δεξιοτήτων μέσω της εργασίας με μια σειρά από ενδιαφέροντα εργαλεία για διδασκαλία
και μάθηση ( Voki, Edpuzle, Actionbound, Classroomscreen app, Mentimeter, Padlet, κα), στην ενθάρρυνση των επιμορφούμενων εκπαιδευτικών να χρησιμοποιούν πλατφόρμες και να δημιουργούν ιστότοπους (Wix). Η εξοικείωση αυτή με σύγχρονες εκπαιδευτικές μεθόδους και με τη χρήση των ΤΠΕ έχει ως στόχο να ενεργοποιήσει την κινητοποίηση των μαθητών και την εμπλοκή τους στη διαδικασία της μάθησης. Οι εκπαιδευτικοί που συμμετείχαν στο πρόγραμμα ήταν: 1) Αλιατάκη Ελένη (Αγγλικής φιλολογίας), 2) Θεράπογλου Αικατερίνη (φιλόλογος) και 3) Τζανετάκη Αγγελική (φιλόλογος).
Όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες εκπαιδευτικοί μέσω των δύο επιμορφώσεων κατάφεραν να αποκτήσουν ευρύτερη κατανόηση καινοτόμων πρακτικών και μεθόδων των ευρωπαϊκών συστημάτων εκπαίδευσης ώστε να ενσωματώσουν κοινές αξίες εκπαίδευσης δίνοντας μια ευρωπαϊκή διάσταση στη διδασκαλία.

To ensure that our colleagues could benefit from the knowledge and experience gained during the course, we decided to create this Wix website that could be easily accessed through links on the school's front page.
We took into consideration the importance of sharing the results with our colleagues, as we believe that this can benefit the entire school community. Our choice to use Wix was based on our experience with the tool during the course on Flipped Classroom. By using the Wix website builder, we were able to create a user-friendly and visually appealing site that effectively conveyed the information we wanted to share.
By doing so, we were able to disseminate the results to our colleagues while also applying the knowledge we gained during the course on Flipped Classroom. We hope that the website will prove to be a valuable resource for our colleagues and the wider school community.

Presenting Erasmus+ Findings to School Staff
On Thursday, October 27, 2022, we hosted a knowledge-sharing meeting with our colleagues. During this meeting, we delved into both the theoretical aspects of the Flipped Classroom course and the ICT tools we've acquired for implementing the Flipped Classroom method.
Furthermore, we want to emphasize that comprehensive presentations of these tools can be accessed in the 'Flipped Classroom About' section on our Wix website.
On Wednesday, November 16, 2022, we organized a second knowledge-sharing session, focusing on the course 'Facing Diversity: Inclusive Education Strategies for Students with Fewer Opportunities.'
Our aim in disseminating our knowledge and experience is to contribute to the overall success of our school and advocate for inclusive and innovative educational practices
Presenting Erasmus+ Findings to Facebook Groups
We have also utilized Facebook groups to share our Erasmus+ experience with our colleagues. Through these groups, we have been able to engage in meaningful discussions, exchange ideas, and promote the benefits of flipped classroom and inclusion in language teaching. We are excited to continue spreading the word and building a community of educators committed to creating inclusive and effective learning environments.
